Information about being a Vendor

Please keep in mind that is an outdoor festival in Legion Park. Vendors will want to provide their own awnings, tents, tables, and chairs.

Although, we have in a large outdoor area, the number of spaces is limited and applications are accepted on a first come first served basis.

Our committee reserves the right to review applications before vendors are accepted and assigned a space.

Early Bird Specials (before April 1st, 2026):

Merchandise Vendor 12’x12′ – $70
Merchandise Vendor 12’x24′ – $120
Ready to Eat Food Vendor – $170

After April 1st, 2026:

Merchandise Vendor 12’x12′ – $90
Merchandise Vendor 12’x24′ – $160
Ready to Eat Food Vendor – $200.

Electric Hookups

Primarily for food vendors. Availability is limited. First come First Served. Supplied by the City of Sidney.

We prefer that you use our on-line application even if you plan to mail us a check.
